From the Root Up
From the Root Up is an educational course grounded in SMART Therapy®, focused on nervous system regulation and self-understanding. Designed for individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, or health-related challenges, the course introduces specific practices that support regulation and reflective awareness when insight alone isn’t enough. This is an educational offering, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.​​

MBT supervision and course offerings for clinicians interested in introducing MBT into their practice or learning how to implement Somatic Mentalizing Affect Regulation Therapy® (SMART)
MBT Supervision
MBT supervision groups are offered to licensed clinicians and pre-licensed clinicians working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional who wish to explore MBT or pursue certification as an MBT practitioner.
Supervision groups consist of ten 90-minute sessions that meet every other week with a maximum of 4 people per group.

An Introductory Overview for Clinicians
​1-hour live workshop for clinicians who are curious about Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) and want a clear, practical overview. This session introduces what mentalizing means in clinical practice, how it breaks down under stress, and how an MBT-informed stance can support regulation and therapeutic connection.​​

Deepen your understanding and clinical application of MBT
Introducing MBT to Your Clinical Practice is a six-week seminar for clinicians seeking to deepen both their understanding and applied use of Mentalization-Based Treatment. The course integrates MBT theory with practical clinical strategies, focusing on recognizing and responding to breakdowns in mentalizing, working with affect dysregulation, and maintaining a reflective stance in complex clinical encounters.
