Refund Policy
At Mindwell, we want you to feel supported and confident in your learning and healing journey. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any course, training, or resource.
Courses and Digital Products

Because our courses, trainings, and digital resources provide immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are generally final.

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
Live Programs, Workshops, and Trainings

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 14-29 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event or after the program begins.
Consultation & Professional Services

Refunds for consultation sessions must be requested at least 48 BUSINESS hours in advance of the scheduled time. Business hours refers to: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Sessions canceled with less than 48 business hours’ notice are non-refundable. Please be aware of US National and Federal holidays, as they may affect the advance notice required.
Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to use the product/service.

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
