Something doesn’t feel quite right.
There’s a rumbling from within. (I call these “rumblings” Awakenings). Things feel off. You’re tired of feeling tired. The thoughts are overwhelming, but you don’t know where to start or what to do. You don’t even know which thought to pay attention to first. It’s all moving WAY too fast inside your head.
You feel paralyzed by fear and plagued with guilt. Even if you know you need help, figuring out one more thing feels like too much. Or, sometimes the rumbling starts as a quiet voice inside that yearns for something more. It feels like there’s an aching to be free. Free from feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, out of control, or free from being simply too rigid.
